As The Road Winds On, The Lights Dim Down

As the road winds on, the lights dim down. Traveling on Snow Canyon Parkway in St. George and after you enter Ivins, the street is not very well lit. I travel this road every morning at 6 and there is road kill all over the road. Also, there are many bikers that peddle alongside the street and it is very difficult to see them. Many of the bikers do not have lights or reflectors and with the poor lit road it makes them at more risks to get hit by a vehicle.
The authoritative people of Ivins and St. George should work together to do something about this situation. It would be safer for the citizens who like to be active in the morning and allow for more visibility on the roadways. This would also protect the people and the wildlife.
Vehicle drivers should be concerned about this problem because you never know when a problem could happen and you could hit something in the road that you cannot see through the darkness. Bikers should also be concerned because a driver might not be able to see them and the early morning peddle, could be their last.
More lights should be placed upon this road for the safety of the community. It will reduce and prevent unnecessary mistakes that could happen through the night.
